Hi all! My name is Carrie and I am the author of TheSkinnyBuzz. I am a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in public relations and writing. After college, I re-located to Washington, D.C. where I became a PR pro for an agency right outside the city. Recently I moved to the Triangle area of North Carolina and am absolutely loving it! (GO TARHEELS!) Now I do PR in Raleigh and blog on the side. As for my healthy side, I've served as a JMU cheerleader, group fitness instructor, fitness and wellness program facilitator and presenter at fitness conferences. I have also worked at a PR agency in New York City that specialized in entertainment, specifically lifestyle, beauty and fitness.
